We had a great stay at Pinewood Beach Resort, enjoying the peaceful environment and the beautiful beachfront. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but we did encounter a few areas that could use improvement, particularly regarding service and dining options. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool area, but some facilities didn’t meet expectations in terms of quality.
The hotel has some lovely features, like beautiful rooms with fantastic views and a great pool area. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired with cold food and long waits. The staff were pleasant but the overall service was lacking, leading to a less relaxing experience than anticipated. If you’re seeking a real spa retreat, this might not be the best choice.
Staying at Pinewood was a truly unique experience. The ambiance of the hotel, from the beautiful beach to the attentive staff, made for a relaxing getaway. While the food was delicious, I did feel that some aspects like the overall pricing for drinks and the occasional lapses in service detracted from an otherwise fantastic stay. Those wanting a tranquil retreat will find much to love here, but it's important to keep some of these little details in mind.
I had an incredible six-night stay at Pinewood Beach Resort after a hectic safari. The hotel is a true paradise situated on a beautiful, quiet part of Gaul Beach, surrounded by lovely gardens. The rooms were spacious, with a delightful balcony. The all-inclusive dining offered diverse options, but I particularly enjoyed the beach area and pool facilities. However, the experience was somewhat marred by a lack of attention in service at times, which detracted from the overall relaxation I had hoped for.
My stay at this resort was absolutely heavenly with stunning views and fantastic staff. The luxurious atmosphere and beautiful beach were pluses, making every moment feel special. However, the rooms, while comfortable, did show signs of wear, and a few more toiletries would have been nice. Overall, it was a perfect getaway with a few minor issues that didn't overshadow the overall experience.
